Beatriz has more than 20 years of experience in Category Management and Shopper Understanding, working as an executive in the industry (Cadbury Adams and Unilever) and also as a consultant. She has a master's degree in Marketing from FEA/USP-SP. She also has studied at PUC/SP, University of Utah, Universidad de Salamanca and FGV/SP in addition to teaching postgraduate programs (ESPM, and FIA/USP). Bia is the author of several articles, leads projects and facilitates training for large companies in several countries.

Graduated in Economic Sciences, he has over 25 years of experience in promotional marketing, activations and events, leading logistics, production and implementation processes. After working for agencies such as Bullet, Mccann World Group and ABC Group, Cesar became a partner at Shoppermkt in order to develop an “end to end” solution.
